Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including standard shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to our webshop are for your own account, unless the return is the result of our error (for example an incorrect or defective item).

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, undamaged and if possible in the original packaging. If the product is damaged or used, we can charge a reduction in value.

Please note: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfume products, unless the product was delivered defective.

Return procedure:

• Log into your account.
• Go to “Orders” > “Completed Orders”.
• Click on the “Return item(s)” button.
• Follow the instructions for registering your return.

We will keep you informed by email once we have received and processed the return. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return via the same payment method you used.

Dispatch

We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated. Please be aware of possible restrictions for certain products and countries, such as perfumes or liquids.

Delivery times within the Netherlands:

• Standard delivery: 1-3 working days.
• Orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL.
• You will always receive a Track & Trace as soon as your order has been shipped.

Postage costs:

• Orders above €10: free shipping.
• Orders under €10: €4.95 shipping costs.
• Shipping costs outside the Netherlands will be calculated at checkout.

All shipping costs are based on the weight of the products. The weight is rounded up to the next full kilogram by default, according to the carriers' terms.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs procedures.
